The Board
Aside from the Chairman, who is appointed by a Ministerial Decree, the board consists of 12 members. The board members work in close co-operation with the Executive Director.

Membership
The secretariat processes membership applications to the corporate members. Eligible members are any company engaged in the export of ready made garments, who on application and payment of the membership fee and all or any other fees or payments due and applicable, may be admitted to membership of the council.
The criteria are:
1. The exporter has to obtain a quality certificate or an exporting license for one of the well known brands.
2. The total exporter's volume of the company shouldn’t be less than US$ 2000000 for the previous year in caser of the group participation, and US$ 5000000 in case of individual participation.
3. The exporter should process marketing tools (website, CD-Rom, catalogues) that accommodate with the international standards. A program can be set to help the exporters who are in need of these tools.
4. The exporter or the company is not allowed to participate in more than two trade missions per year, in the case where the demand is more than what's available.
5. Each participant has to present a feedback document that indicates the results of his participation in the fair within a month from his turn. Also he has to present a list with the foreign companies that he communicated with during the fair.
6. In case of presence of complaints from any of the foreign clients towards any exporter or manufacturer, he will be banned from participating in any of the trade missions or fairs for the next year.
